Frequently Asked Questions

South Florida roofing comes with real questions: about cost, timelines, materials, and what to expect from the people doing the work. Whether you're a homeowner planning a repair or a property manager comparing contractors, here are honest answers from a team that's been doing this for over 40 years.

  • How much does an inspection cost?

Nothing. Every residential roof inspection from EcoSmart Construct is completely free, with no obligation to move forward. We believe a homeowner should never have to pay just to find out what their roof needs. You get a clear, honest answer about its condition, free of charge, every time.

  • Once I accept the offer, how do we proceed?

Once you approve your proposal, we schedule the project, handle the permit if one is required, and order materials. You'll know your timeline before work begins. A repair usually starts very quickly, sooner if no permit is needed. A replacement or new roof typically takes three to eight weeks from approval to final inspection, depending on your county.

  • Is there a guarantee on the result?

Yes. Every project comes with a workmanship warranty from EcoSmart Construct, plus the manufacturer's warranty for the materials we install. If something isn't right with our installation, we make it right. To keep your manufacturer's warranty valid, your roof needs an annual inspection, a requirement written into the manufacturer's contract.
